I thought I was eligible to receive a gift with purchase but when I rang to enquire why I hadn’t, I realized that the offer only applied to full price items. My mistake. The excellent customer services lady sent me a fab gift anyway! Lots of products and just amazing service. This is the way business should be done, a rare occurrence I today’s commercial world. Well done Estée Lauder!

I had a wonderful experience with Estee… I had a wonderful experience with Estee Lauder , from begining to end . I received a discount code by Email , I went on the website was so easy to use , ordered products for myself and my daughter , received my discount and on top received some wonderful free samples that I cant wait to try. The postage was free and super fast and even arrived on a Saturday ! Great experience , will def use the website again and purchase from it . The service I received was all round fantastic thank you so much 🥰🥰

A worker hit me on my leg with the draw I went into an estee lauder concecession to buy a foundation. Not a single advisor acknowledged or offered to help. Upon scanning for a colour on my own, a lady who worked there opened the drawer and hit me on my leg with it. She didn't even apologise so I left the store. I called customer service and spoke to the in store experience team. All they offered me was an apology gift and they couldn't confirm what would be in it. I asked for a voucher to cover the cost of something I actually wanted to use and they refused. Very unhappy.

I placed an order for $100+ I placed an order for $100+, but they cancelled it without any explanation. I combined the set of beauty products and make up. Now, the black Friday is gone and I ended up with nothing. It's my first and last experience with Este Lauder. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. DON'T RECOMMEND and will spend my money elsewhere and will make sure it's not the part of Estée Lauder family.

Only order if you can get signature delivery Product not delivered to my house. Contacted Estee Lauder to be told it's no longer there problem once it's picked up by the carrier. They have zero fault. Go up your neighbors or contact the carrier. Now to find new product as I refuse to give money to a company who doesn't back there product being delivered. 2md and last time ordering online.
