But the team can completely answer other questions that are not related to the information security. I feel that the company does not take appropriate measures to protect the rights of users even when receiving direct response emails like this.

GBDishonest promotion If I could give zero star, I would. Went on the website and was told if I signed up to them and then entered a particular code I would get 15%off. This I duly did. I was then told I didn't qualify for the discount. I repeated the process three times to make sure I'd followed the instructions but still the same result. This is clearly totally dishonest and misleading information if not downright untrue. I am guessing the company relies on people shrugging and buying the product anyway, even without the discount. I didn't.

GBI had a wonderful experience with Estee… I had a wonderful experience with Estee Lauder , from begining to end . I received a discount code by Email , I went on the website was so easy to use , ordered products for myself and my daughter , received my discount and on top received some wonderful free samples that I cant wait to try. The postage was free and super fast and even arrived on a Saturday ! Great experience , will def use the website again and purchase from it . The service I received was all round fantastic thank you so much 🥰🥰

GBAwful consultation Awful. Really wanted to buy the double wear sheer foundation but the counter staff in john lewis solihull didn't understand basic requests such as, will it suit menopausal skin. Think she found it quite funny when I explained my hot flushes and my concerns about durability throughout the day. Message. Estee Lauder .......don't let younger employees make older customers feel unimportant and that they are wasting their time

PLI placed an order for $100+ I placed an order for $100+, but they cancelled it without any explanation. I combined the set of beauty products and make up. Now, the black Friday is gone and I ended up with nothing. It's my first and last experience with Este Lauder. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. DON'T RECOMMEND and will spend my money elsewhere and will make sure it's not the part of Estée Lauder family.
