I purchased two Diffusers that stopped… I purchased two Diffusers that stopped working with 3 months. I kept receiving the Refils which I paid for - Total $1095.00 for about a year. I want to cancel my contract (3 yrs) so I asked for a cancellation which was denied (very rudely). I even offer to return both Diffuser along with all the Refills that were never used but their customer service personnel are extremely rude and non cooperative.

Great concept but poorly executed Great concept but poorly executed. The Van Gogh model is tedious to operate with an unnecessarily complex interface for set up and adjustments. Most significantly though is that the oil provided does not come close to lasting a month, as advertised. The only way to stretch it is to trim down the settings to where the diffuser is barely effective. Or of course, buy more oil, which is likely the point in the first place.

I purchased the Aroma 360 in July 2023 I purchased the Aroma 360 in July 2023. The diffuser did not work great initially but began to work ok. Fast forward it's completely broken now. I called customer service and they informed me that they do not offer repair and my warrenty had expired. I was given a 90 day warranty. Well they only could offer me another machine for 100.00 bucks . Don't bother to make this purchase with this company they are full of it and overpriced.

Do not finance Do not finance. You pay for the machine 3x over! Customer service is not flexible. The machine will not be free. Pay attention to the interest on the loan. Scam!!!

Damage and after change 2 times same… Damage and after change 2 times same issue!! Customer service sucks they just want more money and never replace!! Never buy and pls you guys don’t buy and waste your money!! There is lots of other product who way better then this crap
