Damage and after change 2 times same… Damage and after change 2 times same issue!! Customer service sucks they just want more money and never replace!! Never buy and pls you guys don’t buy and waste your money!! There is lots of other product who way better then this crap

Fraudulent VIP Membership Offer I originally purchased their wireless pro with the Escapade essential oil, but was then contacted by a luxury scent consultant through Aroma 360 named Gabriel Jaramillo about their VIP membership. It sounded like a great deal to upgrade to their Van Gogh model and have a monthly oil subscription, so I agreed to the VIP membership and I wanted to pay in full to avoid interest. They charged my credit card but then charged me a second time through my bank. I have tried to contact Gabriel and the Aroma 360 team to resolve this issue, but have had minimal communication. The issue still needs to be resolved and I have spoken with my bank and credit card company to discuss my options. I was able to “stop pay” the charges to my bank for the first VIP charge and original purchase, but the credit card amount still needs to be resolved.

Loved it at first Loved it at first. Then stopped working. Made me jump through different hoops including sending a video of it not working and going through trouble shooting. After this, they sent me a charger (which I know is not the issue), but I agreed to try it. Then they sent the wrong charger it doesn’t even fit! Now they want me to go back from square one and send more photos! For how expensive these things are this is ridiculous! I understand people lie to probably get another item- but I would be happy to send this one back before getting a replacement! This is just absolutely insane!

Aromalicious...and great customer service… I have been using the Van Gogh for over 4 months and my house smells spectacular. Equally important is the technical support I received from Marco who walked me through programming my machine. If you want quality and service, I highly recommend this.

Favorite scents never available We have used Aroma360 in our home for the past 4 years (installed through our HVAC system). The reason I give them two stars is that they are constantly changing the scents that are available. We buy several scents at a time, end up loving 2-3 of them only to find that when we go to re-order they are no longer available! I could understand if this happened occasionally because a scent wasn't popular/was discontinued. This, however, has been going on for 4 years!! I'm sure there has to be a more consistent home scenting company out there....
