Favorite scents never available We have used Aroma360 in our home for the past 4 years (installed through our HVAC system). The reason I give them two stars is that they are constantly changing the scents that are available. We buy several scents at a time, end up loving 2-3 of them only to find that when we go to re-order they are no longer available! I could understand if this happened occasionally because a scent wasn't popular/was discontinued. This, however, has been going on for 4 years!! I'm sure there has to be a more consistent home scenting company out there....

COMPLETE SCAM COMPLETE SCAM ! I signed up for the free wireless diffuser with the three month subscription was great for the 2 weeks that it worked ! Now I have to wait for a label to send back the product that is new and won’t turn on , then wait for the process of repair and for it to be sent back . ITS A BRAND NEW PRODUCT there’s no option to just receive a new one and they can keep the non functioning one .

If I could give this company a 0 If I could give this company a 0, I would. I was called to sign up for a quarterly shipment that's billed monthly. With that is a "free" Medium sized diffuser. I was told that I had 14 days from delivery date to cancel. I tried to cancel on day 10. Customer service took thier sweet time getting back to me and by the time they did it was day 15. Imagine that. I've been stuck with this crappy service for over a year now and still have not found a scent that I like even a little.

I purchased two Diffusers that stopped… I purchased two Diffusers that stopped working with 3 months. I kept receiving the Refils which I paid for - Total $1095.00 for about a year. I want to cancel my contract (3 yrs) so I asked for a cancellation which was denied (very rudely). I even offer to return both Diffuser along with all the Refills that were never used but their customer service personnel are extremely rude and non cooperative.

Defective I have had my differ for less then a year and it started to make a terrible noise and and the scent is not coming out any longer!!! I emailed them and they refuse to send a replacement that there is nothing they can’t do!!! I seen other reviews that say the same about the noise. Aroma360 you need to do better!!! As much as you charge for this diffusers and product this should not be defective!!! I would reconsider in buying this product
