The customer service is terrible The customer service is terrible, it’s setup in a way to make it difficult to contact customer service. Been waiting several days for a response from the seller link. I then go to the main link get a response right away saying you already have a case open. You can’t make this up…so the message I need resolved nobody responds. The one that I forward asking about the update gets responded to tell me it’s a duplicate, I have been scammed couple times, be careful and ask a lot of questions. Currently a seller built a website for me and did not have a licence to use the interface. Subsequently my store is down I am losing revenue as I wait for a response. There are much better freelance sites.

Fiverr had that money for weeks. my amount alone is small and if they do this to sufficient people I can see how they stretch their profit and rip their own clients from their funds. I used fiverr happily for many years. no more going forward. there are alternatives, where integrity is present.
