NZFiverr cheats you by not revealing hidden costs. I was satisfied with the artist, Hunufa, both her work and her communication/ interaction. But i am annoyed that I ended up paying double of what fiverr's original quote was. Fiverr is deceptive. It is a kind of cheating not to let you know about additional fees before you purchase. And it seems that they force you to leave a tip before the gig is finalised. I don't mind leaving a tip, but I am angry that i was forced to do so at the last minute.

GBholding on to funds for way too long and being avoidance I have more than 1000 usd sitting in my… I have more than 1000 usd sitting in my fiverr pro account. I want to transfer that back to a new card. as a pro account service levels stands at being fulfilled with 48 hours. more than 70 hours after reaching out to support I still don't have my funds back. Fiverr had that money for weeks. my amount alone is small and if they do this to sufficient people I can see how they stretch their profit and rip their own clients from their funds. I used fiverr happily for many years. no more going forward. there are alternatives, where integrity is present.

GBGreat company Great company. They really stand by you when you have a problem. I had some bad experiences but mostly great ones with freelancers. Beware that many of the freelancers are not where they say they are and are not qualified. I recommend asking them questions in the chat first to see if they understand the gig. I would give them 5 stars if there was a way to weed out the outsourcers and scammers. I was once stalked by a freelancer and they took action. They really care.

GBOverall good, except for tip Been a customer for about a year, and purchased about 5 services from $5 to $300. Lower cost ones were more difficult and slow, and higher cost were faster and better, as expected. Only complaint is that after completing and paying, it asks you for a tip. I always prefer the whole cost to be agreed upfront.

GBThis is a joke This is some king BS. My gigs are constantly rejected due site restrictions. I keep editing them to meet the requirements but I'm still receiving warnings and no one can tell me why? For 20% fee I would expect a better guidance. The worst thing is that I can find hundreds other gigs that for some reason are compliant although there are very similiar. I'm done with Fiverr, taking my business somewhere else
