GBTHEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DONT HAVE ANY POINT OF CONTACT FOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT I just contracted a freelancer for a website Build out and paid about $300 for it, I made sure to have every requirements by writing to make sure there were no misunderstandings later on the road. Thanks God I did. This person was mean and never responded to my follow up request took 5 days free and on top of it didn't meet the Delivery date, her demeanor was mean all the time and even asked for more money after I placed the order, taking in consideration that there was bout another $250 out of pocket expense. When I wanted to request for help on the Resolution Center there were no phone to call for customer service and the support is very limited, the Seller requested for an extension of time for Delivery which I denied and she was still able to submit the work half way done and mark it as delivered, I made a request for a refund and they stopped responding to my messages on the Resolutions Page, there is no other Customer Support resource into that page, so you are practically on your own as a Customer. Very Dissapointed to their Customer support.

GBIt´s a very good opportunity to get… It´s a very good opportunity to get more clients from all over the world. I´m very happy to use Fiverr and I recommend it to everyone who wants to work from home. The only thing that I don´t like is that they charge a very high commission for every work you do...

GBSatisfied with Fiverr respone I hired a coder through Fiverr that tried to circumvent the process by requesting I put payment directly into a cryptocurrency account. Then he never delivered the goods. However, Fiverr took my complaint seriously and gave me credit for this person's actions. I am satisfied with the outcome and will give Fiverr another chance. I believe there are talented coders available on the website. Just don't let them draw you off the website onto WhatsApp or violate any of the Fiverr rule.

GBThis is a joke This is some king BS. My gigs are constantly rejected due site restrictions. I keep editing them to meet the requirements but I'm still receiving warnings and no one can tell me why? For 20% fee I would expect a better guidance. The worst thing is that I can find hundreds other gigs that for some reason are compliant although there are very similiar. I'm done with Fiverr, taking my business somewhere else

GBOverall good, except for tip Been a customer for about a year, and purchased about 5 services from $5 to $300. Lower cost ones were more difficult and slow, and higher cost were faster and better, as expected. Only complaint is that after completing and paying, it asks you for a tip. I always prefer the whole cost to be agreed upfront.
