NZFiverr cheats you by not revealing hidden costs. I was satisfied with the artist, Hunufa, both her work and her communication/ interaction. But i am annoyed that I ended up paying double of what fiverr's original quote was. Fiverr is deceptive. It is a kind of cheating not to let you know about additional fees before you purchase. And it seems that they force you to leave a tip before the gig is finalised. I don't mind leaving a tip, but I am angry that i was forced to do so at the last minute.

GBThis is a joke This is some king BS. My gigs are constantly rejected due site restrictions. I keep editing them to meet the requirements but I'm still receiving warnings and no one can tell me why? For 20% fee I would expect a better guidance. The worst thing is that I can find hundreds other gigs that for some reason are compliant although there are very similiar. I'm done with Fiverr, taking my business somewhere else

UA"I had an issue with a seller from Fiverr "I had an issue with a seller from Bangladesh on Fiverr, but with the live support from Fiverr, the problem was resolved within minutes. The support service was awesome; they understood the client's problem and reacted very quickly. Sara and Nash were absolutely highly motivated support workers, a big credit to them. However, it's unfortunate that such sellers like xoatech are a disgrace and tarnish the good reputation of the Fiverr company."

AEScammed Worst service I have used due to the secure payments 😂 I made a purchase a few days ago and my card got scammed a few hours after for $200. They hi light how secure their payment platform is but it’s not. It was lucky I blocked my card and only $200 was taken. I have been messaging the customer support team and they are aware the issue from their side and offered to reinstate me the $10 for the service I purchased from them but not willing to reinstate me the money taken from their unsecure website. Please be careful using their website and don’t get caught out like I did.

GBTaking a cut from a tip and threatening email. Had no issue connecting with a freelancer but I don’t trust Fiverr to make unbiased recommendations. I was happy to leave my freelancer a tip for a job well done but not if Fiverr takes a cut. Fiverr didn’t do the work for me! And I gave, after I agreed and paid for a project, the freelancer my WhatsApp number to make it easier to answer questions and quickly received a fairly threatening email from Fiverr. Just not impressed and will be looking for other options next time.
