I've hired a web designer from Fiverr a… I've hired a web designer from Fiverr a couple of times now, and honestly, both experiences were pretty awesome. Finding someone reliable for web design has been a real headache, especially since everything moved online during Covid. But stumbling upon this freelancer on Fiverr was like striking gold. The whole process was super smooth, and I didn't even have to leave my house to get things done. The quality? Absolutely top-notch. I'm really thankful for Fiverr for giving me access to such talented designers. It's been a lifesaver for boosting my online presence.

I ordered a voiceover I ordered a voiceover, but it was done by AI. I told support of fiverr that it is not real person and photo of person who supposed to make a real voiceover was taken from stock. After checking his profile they still allow that person to lie.

THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DONT HAVE ANY POINT OF CONTACT FOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT I just contracted a freelancer for a website Build out and paid about $300 for it, I made sure to have every requirements by writing to make sure there were no misunderstandings later on the road. Thanks God I did. This person was mean and never responded to my follow up request took 5 days free and on top of it didn't meet the Delivery date, her demeanor was mean all the time and even asked for more money after I placed the order, taking in consideration that there was bout another $250 out of pocket expense. When I wanted to request for help on the Resolution Center there were no phone to call for customer service and the support is very limited, the Seller requested for an extension of time for Delivery which I denied and she was still able to submit the work half way done and mark it as delivered, I made a request for a refund and they stopped responding to my messages on the Resolutions Page, there is no other Customer Support resource into that page, so you are practically on your own as a Customer. Very Dissapointed to their Customer support.

Great customer service There are many unprofessional freelancers who are looking for quick money providing horrible work. Self called "experts"... But customer support it's very awesome! Anytime job was done badly and amateurishly, after providing informations and screenshot they resolved it everytime by giving me money back. That's what's makes Fiverr good for buyers. That you know you are safe to spend your money. If freelancer is bad, and trying to trick you, or do job awfully they will step in and you won't lose money. Props to them. But I think maybe vetting process should be more scrict, so Fiverr weed out bad freelancers better, so it become more quality service site.

Scammed Worst service I have used due to the secure payments 😂 I made a purchase a few days ago and my card got scammed a few hours after for $200. They hi light how secure their payment platform is but it’s not. It was lucky I blocked my card and only $200 was taken. I have been messaging the customer support team and they are aware the issue from their side and offered to reinstate me the $10 for the service I purchased from them but not willing to reinstate me the money taken from their unsecure website. Please be careful using their website and don’t get caught out like I did.
