Scammed Worst service I have used due to the secure payments 😂 I made a purchase a few days ago and my card got scammed a few hours after for $200. They hi light how secure their payment platform is but it’s not. It was lucky I blocked my card and only $200 was taken. I have been messaging the customer support team and they are aware the issue from their side and offered to reinstate me the $10 for the service I purchased from them but not willing to reinstate me the money taken from their unsecure website. Please be careful using their website and don’t get caught out like I did.

Fiverr cheats you by not revealing hidden costs. I was satisfied with the artist, Hunufa, both her work and her communication/ interaction. But i am annoyed that I ended up paying double of what fiverr's original quote was. Fiverr is deceptive. It is a kind of cheating not to let you know about additional fees before you purchase. And it seems that they force you to leave a tip before the gig is finalised. I don't mind leaving a tip, but I am angry that i was forced to do so at the last minute.

Finding someone reliable for web design has been a real headache, especially since everything moved online during Covid. But stumbling upon this freelancer on Fiverr was like striking gold. The whole process was super smooth, and I didn't even have to leave my house to get things done. The quality? Absolutely top-notch. I'm really thankful for Fiverr for giving me access to such talented designers. It's been a lifesaver for boosting my online presence.

The customer service is terrible The customer service is terrible, it’s setup in a way to make it difficult to contact customer service. Been waiting several days for a response from the seller link. I then go to the main link get a response right away saying you already have a case open. You can’t make this up…so the message I need resolved nobody responds. The one that I forward asking about the update gets responded to tell me it’s a duplicate, I have been scammed couple times, be careful and ask a lot of questions. Currently a seller built a website for me and did not have a licence to use the interface. Subsequently my store is down I am losing revenue as I wait for a response. There are much better freelance sites.
