FRBiggest disappointment: they take % on the tips I've paid a seller for a coding on WordPress $500. The seller had very good reviews and he claimed to be experienced. He arranged several milestones so I would paid along with the deliveries. I've got nothing for the first milestone but a mere website I would have been able to make on my own. Then, he delayed, again and again and again, cancelling the meetings we had decided together at the last minute with ridiculous reasons. Because he was so late, I was entitled to query a refund, so I've asked to Fiverr customer service if the refund would be total, and they said yes. I then asked for the refund but got only half of the amount paid... EDIT: after struggling for a week or so, I finally got a refund from Fiverr. To be honest, after this bad experience, I looked for another platform for my project, but cannot find any that can proposed similar costs. So I will try again with them, but I regret I've been misleaded by their customer service in respect of the refund I was supposed to get. And I would have appreciated to get at least a time when my request would be dealt with instead of not having any news from them for days. I must say that at the end, I'm satisfied with how they managed my request. My biggest disappointment though, is that they take a purcentage on our tips to the seller, which I don't think is fair.

GBGreat company Great company. They really stand by you when you have a problem. I had some bad experiences but mostly great ones with freelancers. Beware that many of the freelancers are not where they say they are and are not qualified. I recommend asking them questions in the chat first to see if they understand the gig. I would give them 5 stars if there was a way to weed out the outsourcers and scammers. I was once stalked by a freelancer and they took action. They really care.

GBOverall good, except for tip Been a customer for about a year, and purchased about 5 services from $5 to $300. Lower cost ones were more difficult and slow, and higher cost were faster and better, as expected. Only complaint is that after completing and paying, it asks you for a tip. I always prefer the whole cost to be agreed upfront.

GBThis is a joke This is some king BS. My gigs are constantly rejected due site restrictions. I keep editing them to meet the requirements but I'm still receiving warnings and no one can tell me why? For 20% fee I would expect a better guidance. The worst thing is that I can find hundreds other gigs that for some reason are compliant although there are very similiar. I'm done with Fiverr, taking my business somewhere else

KGOverall experience is weird Overall experience is weird. I mean it looks promising, but in the end it's really hard to get through the competition. Although I had quite a small niche, with about 20 gigs similar to mine, I still only got 2 messages and neither one decided to continue working together. The app itself is fine.
