THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DONT HAVE ANY POINT OF CONTACT FOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT I just contracted a freelancer for a website Build out and paid about $300 for it, I made sure to have every requirements by writing to make sure there were no misunderstandings later on the road. Thanks God I did. This person was mean and never responded to my follow up request took 5 days free and on top of it didn't meet the Delivery date, her demeanor was mean all the time and even asked for more money after I placed the order, taking in consideration that there was bout another $250 out of pocket expense. When I wanted to request for help on the Resolution Center there were no phone to call for customer service and the support is very limited, the Seller requested for an extension of time for Delivery which I denied and she was still able to submit the work half way done and mark it as delivered, I made a request for a refund and they stopped responding to my messages on the Resolutions Page, there is no other Customer Support resource into that page, so you are practically on your own as a Customer. Very Dissapointed to their Customer support.

The customer service is terrible The customer service is terrible, it’s setup in a way to make it difficult to contact customer service. Been waiting several days for a response from the seller link. I then go to the main link get a response right away saying you already have a case open. You can’t make this up…so the message I need resolved nobody responds. The one that I forward asking about the update gets responded to tell me it’s a duplicate, I have been scammed couple times, be careful and ask a lot of questions. Currently a seller built a website for me and did not have a licence to use the interface. Subsequently my store is down I am losing revenue as I wait for a response. There are much better freelance sites.

Overall experience is weird Overall experience is weird. I mean it looks promising, but in the end it's really hard to get through the competition. Although I had quite a small niche, with about 20 gigs similar to mine, I still only got 2 messages and neither one decided to continue working together. The app itself is fine.

Satisfied with Fiverr respone I hired a coder through Fiverr that tried to circumvent the process by requesting I put payment directly into a cryptocurrency account. Then he never delivered the goods. However, Fiverr took my complaint seriously and gave me credit for this person's actions. I am satisfied with the outcome and will give Fiverr another chance. I believe there are talented coders available on the website. Just don't let them draw you off the website onto WhatsApp or violate any of the Fiverr rule.

Fiverr cheats you by not revealing hidden costs. I was satisfied with the artist, Hunufa, both her work and her communication/ interaction. But i am annoyed that I ended up paying double of what fiverr's original quote was. Fiverr is deceptive. It is a kind of cheating not to let you know about additional fees before you purchase. And it seems that they force you to leave a tip before the gig is finalised. I don't mind leaving a tip, but I am angry that i was forced to do so at the last minute.
