GBUptown Logo did my job … I’ve always had second thoughts about online companies based on my past experiences I’ve had with hiring a logo company. Results were crappy and I had to have the logo re-done by other companies. Uptown was suggested to me by a friend of mine, who is a success in the automotive industry, after putting my faith in him I gave Uptown a chance. After dealing with them and observing their professionalism, I was compelled to change my mind about online businesses, not all of them are crap. Uptown Logo Design comes highly recommended.

GBTerrible experience Terrible experience, artwork provided was mostly clipart that looked as if it had been done in mspaint, designers failed to listen to feedback provided even after providing concept sketches. They were so fast in submitting samples, it was obvious that little time had been spent working on the design. Most were of a single color or cheap low quality designs.

GBBEWARE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE Placed an order with Uptown Logo at the beginning of December 2018, repeatedly requested order status updates. They finally replied with a script mid January 2019 that was not even close to the brief I supplied. Requested a refund promptly afterwards was told 7 to 9 business days. It has now been 15 days without a refund and they refuse to answer my calls, online chats, or emails.

GBQuick Concept and Turnaround Was looking for a logo for a new business. The Uptown Logo Design team took my input(s), design/vision, and put it to a group of designers that came back with many concept designs. After a quick revision request, actually combining a couple ideas from the concepts, they quickly turned around an awesome design that matched my vision and input. Thanks Uptown Logo!

GBThere is no place to put a zero (0)… There is no place to put a zero (0) otherwise I would, but this has been the worst nightmare of a service I have ever received. Did not deliver on their promise, phone calls unanswered, chat request ignored, emails ignored, reported them to the BBB and still no action, my request for a refund has gone ignored. At this point and time I feel scammed. I would strongly recommend AGAINST this incompetent, careless thing they call a business.
