Good value for money I cannot fault the service I received. My logo concepts were turned around within a day and there was no problem with me wanting to make changes to it, these were also turned around in a day. The logo looks amazing, I couldn't be happier with it, especially considering the really low price. When I am ready to have a custom website designed I will definitely be back

Great Value Lucas, Nick, and Michelle were a very supportive team that assisted me and their art department with my logo. I was hesitant at first but took the chance due to the value. I really got my moneys worth! it was a great start for a Logo that I could afford and they depicted exactly what I wanted and offered me more revisions than typically allocated. I appreciate their company service very much!

The designers are very creative and totally understood my briefing and what I wanted. I was presented many diffrent design concepts and each was stunning. Then the rep helped with my decision and took any time I needed. Absolute recommendation!

Buyer Beware Buyer Beware - This was a colossal waste of time and money. Their lack of empathy and sense of self-righteousness is uncanny. I had to delay opening our store because I had to deal with poorly designed, powerpoint-like samples for a logo. I based my selection based on what they showed on their website portfolio. The initial conversation was very promising and encouraging. However, once I started getting the proofs it went downhill fast. It got bad when a manager got involved and I had to tell him that he was getting aggressively defensive. To his credit, he backed off. I had far more success with 99-Design Contests. This was an expensive lesson for our new business.

Super impressed with Uptown's speed Super impressed with Uptown's speed, responsiveness, and design ideas. Ended up buying 4 logos all file formats for the price most other companies quoted for just the design concept for one. The back and forth was easy and their online chat was very helpful throughout the process. So pleased, I am actually getting them to quote me a full ecommercer site build out.
