Good value for money I cannot fault the service I received. My logo concepts were turned around within a day and there was no problem with me wanting to make changes to it, these were also turned around in a day. The logo looks amazing, I couldn't be happier with it, especially considering the really low price. When I am ready to have a custom website designed I will definitely be back

I'm completely satisfied without having one negative thing to say about them at all. If anyone has a bad experience then its clear that the vision of what they wanted as a client wasn't clear to themselves before hiring Uptown to start with. There is no place to put a zero (0)… There is no place to put a zero (0) otherwise I would, but this has been the worst nightmare of a service I have ever received. Did not deliver on their promise, phone calls unanswered, chat request ignored, emails ignored, reported them to the BBB and still no action, my request for a refund has gone ignored. At this point and time I feel scammed. I would strongly recommend AGAINST this incompetent, careless thing they call a business.

Beyond Amazing The most rewarding thing while working with them was they made the process very easy and efficient, exactly as I was looking for. Their designers are truly gifted and brought their own ideas to the table. The work was beyond my expectations and proved to be a major asset for my company. The team was eager to please me and worked whole heartedly till I wasn’t satisfied with the whole idea. I will without any doubt recommend Uptown. Looking forward to work with them in future.
