uptown website work - a disaster I hired uptown for my website design on September 2019 and until now I am still making follow up on what happened to my website. Hiring them was a disaster. They kept promising to deliver it on time, until my project failed because my website was not complete. Now, I am trying to ask for a refund and nobody is willing to take my calls. Has anyone here knows how to sue this company? it is really worth taking a step going towards legality

His team is now in the process of designing my website. I am so impressed with their work for my website. They're truly a bunch of highly-professional trustworthy guys and no wonder, they are Pros. The price was amazing as compared to other companies in the market and the quality is super. Highly recommended. Thank you!

BEWARE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE Placed an order with Uptown Logo at the beginning of December 2018, repeatedly requested order status updates. They finally replied with a script mid January 2019 that was not even close to the brief I supplied. Requested a refund promptly afterwards was told 7 to 9 business days. It has now been 15 days without a refund and they refuse to answer my calls, online chats, or emails.

There is no place to put a zero (0)… There is no place to put a zero (0) otherwise I would, but this has been the worst nightmare of a service I have ever received. Did not deliver on their promise, phone calls unanswered, chat request ignored, emails ignored, reported them to the BBB and still no action, my request for a refund has gone ignored. At this point and time I feel scammed. I would strongly recommend AGAINST this incompetent, careless thing they call a business.

Quick Concept and Turnaround Was looking for a logo for a new business. The Uptown Logo Design team took my input(s), design/vision, and put it to a group of designers that came back with many concept designs.
