amazing company I recently started my own business and getting people who understand your vision for your business is very hard to find. I’m definitely not an easy client and am very particular. uptown website work - a disaster I hired uptown for my website design on September 2019 and until now I am still making follow up on what happened to my website. Hiring them was a disaster. They kept promising to deliver it on time, until my project failed because my website was not complete. Now, I am trying to ask for a refund and nobody is willing to take my calls. Has anyone here knows how to sue this company? it is really worth taking a step going towards legality

There is no place to put a zero (0)… There is no place to put a zero (0) otherwise I would, but this has been the worst nightmare of a service I have ever received. Did not deliver on their promise, phone calls unanswered, chat request ignored, emails ignored, reported them to the BBB and still no action, my request for a refund has gone ignored. At this point and time I feel scammed. I would strongly recommend AGAINST this incompetent, careless thing they call a business.

Creative and kind people. Best for the design job! This company is awesome. They produced a very good Logo for me. Everyone I communicated with was kind and helpful. The designers are very creative and totally understood my briefing and what I wanted. I was presented many diffrent design concepts and each was stunning. Then the rep helped with my decision and took any time I needed. Absolute recommendation!
