Great company Been ordering from this company for 15+ years. They’ve always delivered. When issues of cartridge compatibility have come up due to HP playing marketing games, LD has always provided a solution. Oh yeah and the price is right.

Product took over a month to deliver… Product took over a month to deliver and it arrived in a plastic bag. All the boxes inside were crushed. Customer service never picks up and never returns messages.

Sent email message requesting discount be applied to my order. Still awaiting a response. Final rating TBD.

i have had nothing but great service… i have had nothing but great service with LD recently I had a issue with my cartridges and they were awesome and send a replacement. thank you so much Marian for going above and beyond.
