Placed an order using PayPal 11/5/2023 Placed an order using PayPal 11/5/2023, funds removed from my payPal account, but items never received as of 11/21/2023. No response to phone calls to customer service and / or sales lines. No track number made available. Terrible service - seeking full refund from Paypal. Will not use this merchant again due to poor service.

LD Products the only company to use. I have been doing business LD products for 6 years now and have experienced great customer service. I can only remember two returns for exchange I have done and both were done without any problem. The company really stands behind their product line 100% and customers are put first. Most recently (Sept. 2 2020) I had an update installed on my Epson printer after the update my printer did not recognize the aftermarket ink cartridges. I called LD products for help and help they did by sending all my replacement cartridges with new chip for the updates from Epson and at no charge. This and the customer service in the pass really shows me they want to keep all their customers. I would give this company and try and I am sure you will become a long term customer. Once again this is a great company.

i have had nothing but great service… i have had nothing but great service with LD recently I had a issue with my cartridges and they were awesome and send a replacement. thank you so much Marian for going above and beyond. I have been a customer since my kids started college 5 years ago. will come back to order as soon as I run out of ink. thank you

If you LOVE print splatters all over… If you LOVE print splatters all over your pages, if you feel ECSTATIC over misprints, smeared letters, if GARBAGE PRODUCTS really get you 'going', then grab this crap and waste LOTS of time trying to get a decent page print. We purchased both TONER and DRUM from LD (Lousy -Disgusting) Products, and WHOA !!!!!!! such pure CRAP. Go with those cheap, junky, worthless Chinese 'knock-offs'. They have MUCH better quality than LD (Likely Disaster) Products. Spent more time trying the junk they sent us for HP, Brother, and other printers. ALL of their items are HORRIBLE. Constantly cleaning drum, cartridge, etc., but NO IMPROVEMENT whatsoever. Yep, LD (Luridly Disgraceful) Products is, without a single DOUBT, is the worst excuse for anything related to printing products. THEN !!! DOZENS of calls to their office to TRY and get any sort of resolution, only to find that Customer Service DOES NOT exist at LD (Lemons - Deplorables) Products. NEVER received a single call-back. PLEASE buy ANYTHING but LD (Lackluster-Dreadful) Products. WORSE than horrible.

LD Products provides excellent service LD Products provides excellent service. A well laid out webpage makes ordering and reordering very easy. I've been using LDP for a long time and on one occasion my delivery was damaged. One call and it was politely replaced at npc charge to me.
