GBI had purchased an Ink Pod package… I had purchased an Ink Pod package PG-245XL. It did not work. I replaced the ink pod in case it was a defective one originally with the shell None worked. Very disgusting. No more pods for me. Money wasted.

GBi have had nothing but great service… i have had nothing but great service with LD recently I had a issue with my cartridges and they were awesome and send a replacement. thank you so much Marian for going above and beyond. I have been a customer since my kids started college 5 years ago. will come back to order as soon as I run out of ink. thank you

GBProduct took over a month to deliver… Product took over a month to deliver and it arrived in a plastic bag. All the boxes inside were crushed. Customer service never picks up and never returns messages.

No response to phone calls to customer service and / or sales lines. No track number made available. Terrible service - seeking full refund from Paypal. Will not use this merchant again due to poor service.

GBI have used LD ink cartridges for at least 6 years I have used LD ink cartridges for several years. In the past, they were mostly very good (I would buy bulk sets and occasionally one would fail, but the price was so good, that I just tossed the bad one). I ordered a bulk set for a new printer on March 2nd. They claim to ship in 4-5 business days. It is now March 23rd, and account says the order is "processing." I have called 4 times to get a status. It just goes to voice mail and says customer service will call me back, I gave gotten zero call-backs. I have emailed 3 times, with no response. I actually was wondering if they were out of business. I now have to go out and buy retail cartridges, since I am out of ink. After reading several reviews, it seems that this is the norm, and I wonder how a company can stay in business with such horrible customer service (and, it seems, poor product quality in many cases). I am amazed that a company can get this many bad reviews and not take decisive action. My recommendation is to only buy if you are willing to gamble with either losing your money, or getting bad quality products.
