Placed order for cartridges on… Placed order for cartridges on 1/3/2024. Never received order. On 1/17/2024 contacted customer service and was told that item was backordered and would be in in 2 weeks. On February 8, 2024 had not received order and tried unsucessfully to contact customer service. Automated operator kept looping. Found another number to call and was left on hold until asked to leave my telephone number for next available agent. Never received a call. Called again on 2/12/2024 and left number again. Just want to know if my cartridges will ever be shipped. Getting fed up with this company, their custoner support and their cartridges have not been very reliable lately.!

Great Pricing and Quality Products! I have been ordering from LD for six years + and have always received the products and have good success in using them. I had one issue several years ago with a ream of paper and they quickly gave me a credit; I was able to apply to a subsequent purchase for ink and toner. No questions asked. Always prompt delivery. Would recommend.

Great company Been ordering from this company for 15+ years. They’ve always delivered. When issues of cartridge compatibility have come up due to HP playing marketing games, LD has always provided a solution. Oh yeah and the price is right.

Do not shop here Ordered product never got shipping information. Or product could not talk to anyone as they do not answer phones or email. Reversed charges on my card

Sent email message requesting discount be applied to my order. Still awaiting a response. Final rating TBD.
