I ordered the combo cartridge package for my Canon printer. The total cost was $41.86 plus tax and shipping. Products did not print copies, they only printed smudged lines. Several emails were sent, but their customer (DIS)service never responded. I filed a complaint with the BBB, but they were unable to help. PayPal was no help; they sided with their unscrupulous seller. BUYER BEWARE. Stay far away from this company! Don't say you weren't warned! Tip for consumers: Pay attention to the negative reviews; they may keep you from making a bad buying decision.

I ordered an ink cartridge I ordered an ink cartridge. Price was good but then they added on extra charges before shipping. It was an ink cartridge! What additional shipping details could there be? I am disappointed thinking I was getting a good price. The end result would have been better if buying at COSTCO or similar.

Ink at very reasonable prices They have brand names and generic versions. I've found the generic ones work all right on the samsung printers.

I did not like that it said if you… I did not like that it said if you added $25 to the order that the shipping would be free. Even though I ordered two sets of cartridges for way over the $55 limit still couldn't get the 5.99 for shipping to go away! So I ordered only one.

Totally satisfied Totally satisfied. First cartridge received was defective. A quick phone call got an apology, and a new cartridge arrived 3 days later.
