I did not like that it said if you… I did not like that it said if you added $25 to the order that the shipping would be free. Even though I ordered two sets of cartridges for way over the $55 limit still couldn't get the 5.99 for shipping to go away! So I ordered only one.

Horrible company Horrible company. As of today I have waited 43 days For my refund and this company claims to have not found it. Never ordering from this irresponsible company again or any of their subsidiaries.

Shady company Ordered 4 cartridges. After 3 weeks, 1 arrived. Called and asked. "We'll look into it and call you back." Another week later, same story. Initiated a charge back on the cartridges I didn't receive. Shady business practices.

Terrible Customer Service Placed an order for an inkjet cartridge. Before placing the order I updated my shipping address to my new address, which updated in their system. My order shipped to my old address. Spoke to customer service agent after my 3rd attempt (almost impossible to get someone on the phone) and was told it was my fault for not bringing it to their attention when I got the shipping confirmation. Would not reship my order and would not refund my money. Sorry, not my fault. Your system shows my updated address.
