GBThis is the worst scammers I ever have ever deal with after I purchase 3 different sets This is the worst scammers I ever have to deal with after I purchase 3 different sets of cartridges for 3 different printers and not one of them are working .... ......They can scam us but the printers recognize right the minute you put this BAD cartridges in that is not good ...you have to be very careful with there "GARBAGE " product because can damage your printer....and they will not refund your money ...they want to replace it with another there disaster cartridge and pay for shipping... ABSOLUTELY stay away from those scammers . Is 123 ink legit? 123Ink.ca has a consumer rating of 2.68 stars from 75 reviews indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. If there is 0 for rating ...this is what they should get it .....Consumers complaining about 123Ink.ca most frequently mention customer service and toner cartridge problems.

GBShady company Ordered 4 cartridges. After 3 weeks, 1 arrived. Called and asked. "We'll look into it and call you back." Another week later, same story. Initiated a charge back on the cartridges I didn't receive. Shady business practices.

GBbeen buying from them for yrs... been buying from them for yrs.... lately I have been getting bad drums from them for my dell printers...they don't answer there phones, and they just ignore my emails and will not replace my faulty drums... also it has taking weeks and still not getting my orders.

GBI ordered an ink cartridge I ordered an ink cartridge. Price was good but then they added on extra charges before shipping. It was an ink cartridge! What additional shipping details could there be? I am disappointed thinking I was getting a good price. The end result would have been better if buying at COSTCO or similar.

GBTerrible Customer Service Placed an order for an inkjet cartridge. Before placing the order I updated my shipping address to my new address, which updated in their system. My order shipped to my old address. Spoke to customer service agent after my 3rd attempt (almost impossible to get someone on the phone) and was told it was my fault for not bringing it to their attention when I got the shipping confirmation. Would not reship my order and would not refund my money. Sorry, not my fault. Your system shows my updated address.
