I ordered 10 days ago, it hasn’t shipped yet, and I can’t get customer service to answer calls or reply to email I did an online order 10 days ago. The tracking info says the label was created 7 days ago, but it hasn’t gone out yet. I’ve emailed customer service twice and gotten no reply. I called customer service several times, and each time I got music on hold for 11 minutes before it rolled to voice mail. I’ve left voice mails but have not heard back from anyone.

I ordered the combo cartridge package for my Canon printer. The total cost was $41.86 plus tax and shipping. Products did not print copies, they only printed smudged lines. Several emails were sent, but their customer (DIS)service never responded. I filed a complaint with the BBB, but they were unable to help. PayPal was no help; they sided with their unscrupulous seller. BUYER BEWARE. Stay far away from this company! Don't say you weren't warned! Tip for consumers: Pay attention to the negative reviews; they may keep you from making a bad buying decision.

Unreliable poor customer service It is easy to order ink cartridges on line. However, when the cartridges are defective, one has to deal with customer service which does not exist. Almost four (4) hours after I placed a call I received a call back. I advised the agent that the cartridges are incompatible with my HP printer as HP added some new code to prevent after market cartridges. The agent was well aware of the issue, apologized that incompatible cartridges were sent and ordered replacement ones. This was 21 days ago and I am still waiting. Terrible unreliable service. Will never order again.
