GBTold them the cartridge has an error… Told them the cartridge has an error message and would not load. Sent me to the manufacturer and said they're not responsible for the problem. Customer service? There is none! Will never buy from these people again! They sold the product and they should be responsible for correcting this problem... shoved it over to the do not disturb folder!

GBSTAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY SENT ME A DRUM FOR MY FAX MACHINE WITH A SCRATCH ON IT, RENDERING IT USELESS. THEY SENT ME ANOTHER DRUM, & IT WAS USED, LOADED WITH TONER, IT HAD GLUE ON THE TOP OF THE COVER, & CLEARLY WAS A USED PIECE OF CRAP BEING PASSED AS NEW. THEIR PRICES WERE NOT THE BEST ON THE WEB, YET THEIR PRODUCTS I RECEIVED WERE GARBAGE. THE PEOPLE WERE ABSOLUTELY OBNOXIOUS EACH TIME ON THE PHONE, & HUNG UP THE PHONE REPEATEDLY. THEY CHARGED ME FOR SHIPPING IN VIOLATION OF FEDERAL LAW, IN THAT THE SELLER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS BOTH WAYS, IN THE EVENT THAT DEFECTIVE GOODS ARE RECEIVED. THEY DON'T LIKE TO REFUND MONEY NOT DUE THEM.

GBAbsolutely Horrible Product and Refund Policy I had purchased a remanufactured HP 78 color ink cartridge because HP no longer is making them. From the very start, the cartridge never printed one of the three colors, and the other two colors barely printed anything out. I ran cartridge cleaning and priming options on the printer and tried other cleaning methods, but nothing fixed the issue. I requested a refund, and when you ask for a refund they want you to ship the cartridge back. They also do not cover the cost for return shipping. When I got the refund, they excluded the original shipping. So, it cost me about $9 just for the shipping back and forth. What a waste of time and money. This experience was so bad that I threw the whole printer out and bought a tank printer just so I would not have to deal with this issue ever again. The old printer worked fine, but the cartridge issue is ridiculous. Do not waste your time on this company.

GBLong time customer Long time customer, one time a few years ago their Cust. Ser. Rep was snarky, but I bought anyway because they have great prices and ship fast. Once they changed manufacturers of an aftermarket laser toner and it didn't work, but they promptly took back the product, i bought another laser printer, and they have shipped the new toner. Pretty much always accurate and great service. btw, they actually seem to have a warehouse and can ship product same day! Not one of these website only companies. I will continue using them. Website is easy to use and stores your past orders, so very easy to reorder!

GBBeware of Ink Technologies Laser Toner Beware of Ink Technologies Laser Toner. Their Inkjet cartridges seem to work ok, but their toner plugged up my Lanier LD430c Color Laser Printer and it cost me $500.00 to get it repaired. After placing another Ink Technologies Toner Cartridge in, it did the same thing. Then putting a genuine cartridge in, the Ink Technologies Toner had again plugged up my printer and it was going to cost another $500.00 to repair. Instead I am purchasing a new Laser printer and will not buy from IT again.
