Absolutely Horrible Product and Refund Policy I had purchased a remanufactured HP 78 color ink cartridge because HP no longer is making them. From the very start, the cartridge never printed one of the three colors, and the other two colors barely printed anything out. I ran cartridge cleaning and priming options on the printer and tried other cleaning methods, but nothing fixed the issue. I requested a refund, and when you ask for a refund they want you to ship the cartridge back. They also do not cover the cost for return shipping. When I got the refund, they excluded the original shipping. So, it cost me about $9 just for the shipping back and forth. What a waste of time and money. This experience was so bad that I threw the whole printer out and bought a tank printer just so I would not have to deal with this issue ever again. The old printer worked fine, but the cartridge issue is ridiculous. Do not waste your time on this company.

Thought I help small business by avoiding AMAZON, the evil empire. Online store that do not operate 24-7. ONLY M-F. My fault for assuming. Paid extra $35 for 2-day shipping didn't get the package 4 days later. RETURN charge a %15 restocking fee even for unopen items. WHAT?

Long time customer Long time customer, one time a few years ago their Cust. Ser. Rep was snarky, but I bought anyway because they have great prices and ship fast. Once they changed manufacturers of an aftermarket laser toner and it didn't work, but they promptly took back the product, i bought another laser printer, and they have shipped the new toner. Pretty much always accurate and great service. btw, they actually seem to have a warehouse and can ship product same day! Not one of these website only companies. I will continue using them. Website is easy to use and stores your past orders, so very easy to reorder!

Quality & price beyond expectations! Our toner was out and the company who supplied the machine told us we were unable to order new toner and that we would need to purchase a whole new system. I went on Google and InkTech came up. They had the toner we needed at an AMAZING price compared to any other site. The toner arrived in a very quick manner and was very easy to install. Our printer is back up and running and I highly recommend InkTech to anyone looking for toner.

Poor Quality Products The ink cartridges that I bought for my HP laser printer were junk. Two of them failed within the first year that they were installed. One showed that only 10% of the toner had been used and the other 20%. I contacted Ink Technologies after the first one failed and was told that they would not replace it since it had been just over a year since I ordered it (I didn't replace my old one until it was empty, which was about 4 or 5 months after I received the replacement). The second one failed just short of a year after I had installed it. I'm expecting the other two to go at any time. So I have had to order and pay for replacements for barely used cartridges, which of course is not cost effective! So beware of the poor quality products that are sold by this company.
