GBI have been buying toner cartridge and… I have been buying toner cartridge and printer drums for years from ink technologies without any problem. I have two printers. Today I called because I had bought a high yield cartridge late last year and it started fading on one side of the page. The very helpful, courteous and professional customer service from Tracy A., who quickly put in a rush replacement, and explained the process. Also, I was experiencing a drum message on the other printer, which I shouldn't, and she e-mail the fix and stayed on the phone till we corrected the message. Resolved the issue. For me. Very good buying experience and product satisfaction.

GBSTAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY SENT ME A DRUM FOR MY FAX MACHINE WITH A SCRATCH ON IT, RENDERING IT USELESS. THEY SENT ME ANOTHER DRUM, & IT WAS USED, LOADED WITH TONER, IT HAD GLUE ON THE TOP OF THE COVER, & CLEARLY WAS A USED PIECE OF CRAP BEING PASSED AS NEW. THEIR PRICES WERE NOT THE BEST ON THE WEB, YET THEIR PRODUCTS I RECEIVED WERE GARBAGE. THE PEOPLE WERE ABSOLUTELY OBNOXIOUS EACH TIME ON THE PHONE, & HUNG UP THE PHONE REPEATEDLY. THEY CHARGED ME FOR SHIPPING IN VIOLATION OF FEDERAL LAW, IN THAT THE SELLER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS BOTH WAYS, IN THE EVENT THAT DEFECTIVE GOODS ARE RECEIVED. THEY DON'T LIKE TO REFUND MONEY NOT DUE THEM.

GBBeware of Ink Technologies Laser Toner Beware of Ink Technologies Laser Toner. Their Inkjet cartridges seem to work ok, but their toner plugged up my Lanier LD430c Color Laser Printer and it cost me $500.00 to get it repaired. After placing another Ink Technologies Toner Cartridge in, it did the same thing. Then putting a genuine cartridge in, the Ink Technologies Toner had again plugged up my printer and it was going to cost another $500.00 to repair. Instead I am purchasing a new Laser printer and will not buy from IT again.

GBThought I help small business by avoiding AMAZON, the evil empire. Online store that do not operate 24-7. ONLY M-F. My fault for assuming. Paid extra $35 for 2-day shipping didn't get the package 4 days later. RETURN charge a %15 restocking fee even for unopen items. WHAT?

GBInstalled the toners for my new Canon… Installed the toners for my new Canon MF644cdw. The red leaked all over and the blue & yellow did not produce good color. The black produced streak lines on the edge of the pages. Unfortunately I installed them a few months after I purchased them and they are out of warranty before I discovered the issues. I found another after market company that offers a lifetime warranty. I would not recommend this company.
