Their Inkjet cartridges seem to work ok, but their toner plugged up my Lanier LD430c Color Laser Printer and it cost me $500.00 to get it repaired. After placing another Ink Technologies Toner Cartridge in, it did the same thing. Then putting a genuine cartridge in, the Ink Technologies Toner had again plugged up my printer and it was going to cost another $500.00 to repair. Instead I am purchasing a new Laser printer and will not buy from IT again.

Avoid using this company Avoid using this company. They mislead buyers by saying SAVE by selecting our compatible ink cartridges in the table below. The color and page yield are guaranteed to meet or exceed brand name (OEM) ink cartridges. This statement is far from the truth. I took the cartridges out, and ink was not flowing from the cartridge. Now I must go through packaging and shipping hassle at my cost for a bad product. Stay away from this company and spend a little more on an OEM product! And watch for misleading wording!

Installed the toners for my new Canon… Installed the toners for my new Canon MF644cdw. The red leaked all over and the blue & yellow did not produce good color. The black produced streak lines on the edge of the pages. Unfortunately I installed them a few months after I purchased them and they are out of warranty before I discovered the issues. I found another after market company that offers a lifetime warranty. I would not recommend this company.

Quality & price beyond expectations! Our toner was out and the company who supplied the machine told us we were unable to order new toner and that we would need to purchase a whole new system. I went on Google and InkTech came up. They had the toner we needed at an AMAZING price compared to any other site. The toner arrived in a very quick manner and was very easy to install. Our printer is back up and running and I highly recommend InkTech to anyone looking for toner.

Paid for 3 cartridges and never… Paid for 3 cartridges and never received cartridges. They sent tracking link, but expected customer to resolve delivery issues. Been over one month and have not received cartridges or resolution to delivery issues. Should not be this hard to work through issue on their shipping approach.
