This is a mom and pop shop masquerading… This is a mom and pop shop masquerading as a real business. Terrible customer service. It took 10 days for me to receive one ink cartridge. They took no responsibility. There are many other companies that offer these inks. AVOID INK TECHNOLOGIES. THEY SUCK.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! AVOID THEM!! How do I give NO STARS? I ordered an OEM Sharp toner cartridge for my copier. The cartridge was defective. The people at Inktech refused to replace it, saying the warranty was with Sharp. The Sharp people gave me phone numbers of dealers who told be to take it up with InkTech. Everyone pointed fingers at someone else. It was a total run-around and I am left with a defective toner and a wasted day. AVOID InkTech at all costs!

Long time Ink Technologies user I have been using Ink Technologies for many years, supplying cartridges and printer supplies for several different printers. I always use their own branded cartridges and supplies because they are usually 1/10th the price of the branded cartridges and supplies. Out of that entire time I had only one experience with one printer in which case the cartridges leaked. Ink Technologies replaced the cartridges at no charge and quickly. After two tries I get everything working. I find the Ink Technologies cartridges to print as well as the OEM cartridges, with only very minor, acceptable color differences and no difference with black. The savings have been incredible.

Poor Quality Products The ink cartridges that I bought for my HP laser printer were junk. Two of them failed within the first year that they were installed. One showed that only 10% of the toner had been used and the other 20%. I contacted Ink Technologies after the first one failed and was told that they would not replace it since it had been just over a year since I ordered it (I didn't replace my old one until it was empty, which was about 4 or 5 months after I received the replacement). The second one failed just short of a year after I had installed it. I'm expecting the other two to go at any time. So I have had to order and pay for replacements for barely used cartridges, which of course is not cost effective! So beware of the poor quality products that are sold by this company.

Paid for 3 cartridges and never… Paid for 3 cartridges and never received cartridges. They sent tracking link, but expected customer to resolve delivery issues. Been over one month and have not received cartridges or resolution to delivery issues. Should not be this hard to work through issue on their shipping approach.
