GBInk cartridge started leaking in sealed package Ink cartridge started leaking ink in the sealed package. I contacted customer service they said go to the website for return site says I can't return warranty expired. Who knows how long this ink was leaking out you wont know until you open the box.

GBPoor Quality Products The ink cartridges that I bought for my HP laser printer were junk. Two of them failed within the first year that they were installed. One showed that only 10% of the toner had been used and the other 20%. I contacted Ink Technologies after the first one failed and was told that they would not replace it since it had been just over a year since I ordered it (I didn't replace my old one until it was empty, which was about 4 or 5 months after I received the replacement). The second one failed just short of a year after I had installed it. I'm expecting the other two to go at any time. So I have had to order and pay for replacements for barely used cartridges, which of course is not cost effective! So beware of the poor quality products that are sold by this company.

GBAvoid using this company Avoid using this company. They mislead buyers by saying SAVE by selecting our compatible ink cartridges in the table below. The color and page yield are guaranteed to meet or exceed brand name (OEM) ink cartridges. This statement is far from the truth. I took the cartridges out, and ink was not flowing from the cartridge. Now I must go through packaging and shipping hassle at my cost for a bad product. Stay away from this company and spend a little more on an OEM product! And watch for misleading wording!

GBgreat customer service purchased ink cartridges Aug 2019 with 1-year warranty, cartridges were recently rejected because of Epson firmware update and they replaced the entire order with no questions asked. Was ready for a battle but they slammed dunked the customer service when I called. 8/3/20 Victor E

GBTHE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! AVOID THEM!! How do I give NO STARS? I ordered an OEM Sharp toner cartridge for my copier. The cartridge was defective. The people at Inktech refused to replace it, saying the warranty was with Sharp. The Sharp people gave me phone numbers of dealers who told be to take it up with InkTech. Everyone pointed fingers at someone else. It was a total run-around and I am left with a defective toner and a wasted day. AVOID InkTech at all costs!
