Almost a year to date later and I still have NOT received a refund … So I still have NOT received a refund for my purchase that was billed twice and my order is from September of last year . Jon , the owner has blamed the poor girl that answered the phone . NOT her fault at all . I have not heard from them in months after several phone calls . DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM A MATTER OF FAX . The few bucks you save are not worth it . Wondering if I will ever get my money back . I'm thinking not...

Bait & switch...or just false advertisting? Ordered HP product from website...picture of product was HP. What came in the mail was a "compatible" product. I checked the description very carefully and "compatible product" is not mentioned nor is a picture shown...only HP product pictures are shown.

Bad Taste! Completely dissatisfied with this online reseller. Placed an order for a part costing apprx. $130. Of course, when I place the order it states right below the product picture... "Brand New Ready To Ship Within 24 to 48 Hours." I receive a call 5 days later (3 business days) to tell me the price has changed to $390. If I'm not willing to pay the difference the order will be cancelled. Not the way to do business. How would you feel? Don't waste your time ordering with them. Obviously the product was not ready to ship. What a bad taste! I see a pattern here of similar reviews with "pricing errors."

THE WORST company ever THE WORST company ever! I ordered a printer that took 4 weeks to get even though it was "in stock" and then they sent me a used printer. This company is a complete shame Oh and they charged me $40.00 for expedited shipping SCAMMERS!!!!!!!

Poor RMA policy I ordered a printer toner cartridge. As soon as I put it in, the printer told me it wasn't compatible, so I had to return it to them. They don't refund shipping and you have to pay for return shipping, so even though they sent me a defective product that doesn't work as advertised, I'm out the cost of shipping both ways.
