GBAlmost a year to date later and I still have NOT received a refund … So I still have NOT received a refund for my purchase that was billed twice and my order is from September of last year . Jon , the owner has blamed the poor girl that answered the phone . NOT her fault at all . I have not heard from them in months after several phone calls . DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM A MATTER OF FAX . The few bucks you save are not worth it . Wondering if I will ever get my money back . I'm thinking not...

GBOne of the worst companies I have ever done business with - I will never buy from them again!! I had a return and it took them 2 weeks to send out the link that must be used to get a RMA. Everyday I would call and someone would tell me they were sending it, but it never came through. Finally I would not get off the phone until the girl sent it while I waited, and strangely enough that one came right through?!? This companies customer service was absolutely unacceptable! I was trying to explain the situation and the rep was yelling over top of me. I could not get a word in. She then cursed and hung up the phone. Horrible, Horrible company. I will be telling everyone I know!!

GBZero customer service, Zero follow through My lamp went out on my TV, and I called and ordered a new part Saturday, May 31st. I also paid extra for 3-5 day shipping, as this is the main TV in my house. I received 2 emails Monday. The first said my order was processed, the second said they had questions regarding my order. Today is June 9th, 10 days later. I have made 7 phone calls, and 3 emails, ALL with no response. I cannot get anyone there to answer a phone. I HAVE tried every option, and I still do not have my part. Do not use this company!!!!

GBPoor RMA policy I ordered a printer toner cartridge. As soon as I put it in, the printer told me it wasn't compatible, so I had to return it to them. They don't refund shipping and you have to pay for return shipping, so even though they sent me a defective product that doesn't work as advertised, I'm out the cost of shipping both ways.

GBTHE WORST company ever THE WORST company ever! I ordered a printer that took 4 weeks to get even though it was "in stock" and then they sent me a used printer. This company is a complete shame Oh and they charged me $40.00 for expedited shipping SCAMMERS!!!!!!!
