GBAlmost a year to date later and I still have NOT received a refund … So I still have NOT received a refund for my purchase that was billed twice and my order is from September of last year . Jon , the owner has blamed the poor girl that answered the phone . NOT her fault at all . I have not heard from them in months after several phone calls . DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM A MATTER OF FAX . The few bucks you save are not worth it . Wondering if I will ever get my money back . I'm thinking not...

GBPoor Customer Service Their Website says in Stock, but then they cancelled order and never tell you its cancelled. Then when never shows up and contact them, they never call back.

GBAwful Customer Service, False Advertising I dealt with Ari at AMatterOfFax.com. I purchased a rifle scope for $61, and had an email come back after my card was charged telling me that the price was in error and they were canceling it. I called customer service, and spoke to Ari, who told me condescendingly that they could not honor the sale. This is absolutely ridiculous and I would never ever shop here again. Awful customer service, poorly designed website, and run by liars. Never again.

GBPoor Customer Service I placed my order over a week ago, I still have not received any tracking information. Only 2 emails one received 4 days ago and one 4 hours ago... Both stating "A tracking number will be emailed to you shortly" I don't have a tracking number, the customer service link on their website redirects to a third party "Customer Service" company... I have sent inquiries to that company and to amatteroffax.com and neither one of them has sent me back anything with any amount of real information. If there is a delay, or the item is backordered or just lost in their warehouse... It would be great if someone would please let me know.
