My Savior in a Dealership Dilemma! I usually don't find myself writing reviews, but I have to commend Bonnie, who was my knight in shining armor during a recent ordeal with a dealership. I found myself in a bit of a pickle with a third-party dealership, feeling like I was stuck in a maze with no way out. That's when Bonnie stepped in and brought clarity and resolution to the situation. From the get-go, she exuded professionalism while still being incredibly approachable and understanding. Bonnie wasn't just a mediator; she was a beacon of hope. She listened intently to my concerns, empathised with my frustration, and then sprang into action. With her expertise and finesse, she navigated the complexities of the situation with ease, all the while keeping me informed and assured along the way.

Amazing, reassuring service from start to finish I had an issue with a car and didn't know my rights. After seeking advice from Victoria Greenwood at AA cars, they agreed that the problem shouldn't have happened and happily took on my case and mediated the whole process. She agreed with the dealer that the parts would be paid for and I received a payment back from the dealer in due time. I was extremely happy with the whole process and it took a massive weight off my shoulders. Vicki was always in contact via email and phone to let me know any updates. Great service and highly recommended if you have a problem.
