My Savior in a Dealership Dilemma! I usually don't find myself writing reviews, but I have to commend Bonnie, who was my knight in shining armor during a recent ordeal with a dealership. I found myself in a bit of a pickle with a third-party dealership, feeling like I was stuck in a maze with no way out. That's when Bonnie stepped in and brought clarity and resolution to the situation. From the get-go, she exuded professionalism while still being incredibly approachable and understanding. Bonnie wasn't just a mediator; she was a beacon of hope. She listened intently to my concerns, empathised with my frustration, and then sprang into action. With her expertise and finesse, she navigated the complexities of the situation with ease, all the while keeping me informed and assured along the way.

Poor customer care Poor customer care. Inexperience and ignorant staff. I bought this car and the dealer had this 12 months free AA basic cover in the offer. I chatted with the staff he didnt know anything about this and told to call 03300531101. Upon calling there is no one to help on this line. Just telling you to choose options but no response on any of the lines. I wonder what will happen when you try to reach them in a break down situation. I wont even opt for their paid packages.
