Full Refund! I was recently sold a car by a AA approved dealer that turned out to have a lot of faults. The seller then argued over many emails that the issues with the car were normal wear and tear and I was not entitled to a refund. I know nothing about cars or my consumer rights so eventually I turned to the AA mediation service who (by some miracle) managed to persuade the seller that a refund was the only way to resolve the dispute. Today I have received a full refund within a couple of weeks of contacting AA mediation who were very professional throughout.
