Amazing and speedy service! Verity was absolutely amazing - she managed to do in 2 days what had taken me over a month and I'm so grateful for her help and support. Amazing, reassuring service from start to finish I had an issue with a car and didn't know my rights. After seeking advice from Victoria Greenwood at AA cars, they agreed that the problem shouldn't have happened and happily took on my case and mediated the whole process. She agreed with the dealer that the parts would be paid for and I received a payment back from the dealer in due time. I was extremely happy with the whole process and it took a massive weight off my shoulders. Vicki was always in contact via email and phone to let me know any updates. Great service and highly recommended if you have a problem.
