GBAmazing, reassuring service from start to finish I had an issue with a car and didn't know my rights. After seeking advice from Victoria Greenwood at AA cars, they agreed that the problem shouldn't have happened and happily took on my case and mediated the whole process. She agreed with the dealer that the parts would be paid for and I received a payment back from the dealer in due time. I was extremely happy with the whole process and it took a massive weight off my shoulders. Vicki was always in contact via email and phone to let me know any updates. Great service and highly recommended if you have a problem.

GBBrilliant service Verity from AA cars was brilliant in handling the mediation between a car dealer and myself. I was surprised at how quickly my complaint was dealt with and found Verity to be both friendly and professional. I would always buy from a dealer that has signed up to the AA dealer promise as if things go wrong, there is a process in place to make sure this issue is resolved. Thank you Verity!

GBPoor customer care Poor customer care. Inexperience and ignorant staff. I bought this car and the dealer had this 12 months free AA basic cover in the offer. I chatted with the staff he didnt know anything about this and told to call 03300531101. Upon calling there is no one to help on this line. Just telling you to choose options but no response on any of the lines. I wonder what will happen when you try to reach them in a break down situation. I wont even opt for their paid packages.
