GBI canceled the order twice via email… I canceled the order twice via email before shipping . Not only did the order ship 6 days later it was billed to my credit card. Poor customer service!

Marlon was very understanding and patient, he went above and beyond to ensure the design of the notebook came out to perfection. Will most definitely keep buying from them.

GBAlmost perfect I love the products and the communication was great in reference to product information and artwork approval. The 1 star you missed was the lack of communication once the art work was approved and products went into production. I had no idea of an estimated ship date or delivery date and when I did find out, it was much later than expected. I WILL use you again in the future and hope that part of the experience is a little better.
