GBGreat product, suggestion for customer service I appreciated the hands-on personal touch along the ordering process and the product is PERFECT! It would be helpful to have an online portal to track progress as I was left wondering if the product was in production and if it would arrive on time (it arrived at 6pm the night before I needed it). I ordered another product that was available on your website and then was informed that is was not available. This delayed the process such that if I had chosen a different product by that point it would have missed the deadline so I did not make the additional order. I asked if express shipping could be applied to the order for free and was told that was not possible. From a customer success standpoint, that would have been a small price for you to pay to get the additional order and keep a customer happy. I do have many more orders I'd like to make.

GBFast service Fast service. Also appreciate the fact that I could order online and still use our tax exempt status by sending a copy of our tax id number. With most companies, you cannot order online without making a phone call. Thank you!

GBTop-notch; highly recommended! It seems allbranded's team is a little new on the block, but after a few mails back and forth, we decided to purchase 6000 Copper bottles, and we absolutely love it! We had our yearly summer company event and wanted to give our staff something reliable and lasting. The product quality is top-notch, and the logo print is fantastic. Highly recommend!
