Fast and EASY! Wow! How easy, fast, and affordable this was! Cannot wait to gift these to my employees.

Top-notch; highly recommended! It seems allbranded's team is a little new on the block, but after a few mails back and forth, we decided to purchase 6000 Copper bottles, and we absolutely love it! We had our yearly summer company event and wanted to give our staff something reliable and lasting. The product quality is top-notch, and the logo print is fantastic. Highly recommend!

Almost perfect I love the products and the communication was great in reference to product information and artwork approval. The 1 star you missed was the lack of communication once the art work was approved and products went into production. I had no idea of an estimated ship date or delivery date and when I did find out, it was much later than expected. I WILL use you again in the future and hope that part of the experience is a little better.

Great product, suggestion for customer service I appreciated the hands-on personal touch along the ordering process and the product is PERFECT! It would be helpful to have an online portal to track progress as I was left wondering if the product was in production and if it would arrive on time (it arrived at 6pm the night before I needed it). I ordered another product that was available on your website and then was informed that is was not available. This delayed the process such that if I had chosen a different product by that point it would have missed the deadline so I did not make the additional order. I asked if express shipping could be applied to the order for free and was told that was not possible. From a customer success standpoint, that would have been a small price for you to pay to get the additional order and keep a customer happy. I do have many more orders I'd like to make.

Amazing Customer Service I called this morning 11/30/23 and left a message to see if we could purchase the 20 oz Eddy Bottle Tritan. within 5 hours Marlon Silang and I had our order placed and paid for. I shared the urgency, and Malon walked me through each step with amazing customer service and follow-up. Thank you-I will be calling again!
