USMajor lack of communication, will not use again Major lack of communication, internally and with the customer. Paid for the order only to find out a week later that it never shipped in time because internally they didn't mark it paid. Which no one would have found if I hadn't messaged requesting an update since I hadn't received communication on the order. I had even been sent an invoice showing it was paid on the same day it was ordered. Tried calling the company, had to leave a voicemail, never received a call back. Never received any communication apologies or trying to get the orders in time or quicker to us. I have 70+ employees who will now not have Christmas gifts in time for Christmas. Extremely disappointed in how this was handled.
