USI canceled the order twice via email… I canceled the order twice via email before shipping . Not only did the order ship 6 days later it was billed to my credit card. Poor customer service!

USAllbranded was wonderful to work with Allbranded was wonderful to work with. They communicated all progress on our water bottles as the design, printing, and delivery processes moved forward. We are very happy with the result and will be hitting them to our kids in need soon. Yay!

USAlmost perfect I love the products and the communication was great in reference to product information and artwork approval. The 1 star you missed was the lack of communication once the art work was approved and products went into production. I had no idea of an estimated ship date or delivery date and when I did find out, it was much later than expected. I WILL use you again in the future and hope that part of the experience is a little better.

USFast service Fast service. Also appreciate the fact that I could order online and still use our tax exempt status by sending a copy of our tax id number. With most companies, you cannot order online without making a phone call. Thank you!
