AUSCAM SCAM Same story as a lot of people here – purchased a $10 product, and was charged $144 USD 12 months later through PayPal because they retain your card details. Customer service flatly refused a refund, citing it was written all over their sales page and checkout page that the lead magnet was actually a discount for a YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION (which is an absolute lie, funnels are designed to be deceptive). Still trying to chase my refund, and it's in dispute with PayPal. DO NOT buy from this company!

CACouldn't run my business without it. Couldn't run my course/coaching business without it. 1-Click upsells are 20-30% of our revenue. No other payment processor could do it, other than Samcart. I recommend it to any coach or creator. Awesome support too.

GBAbsolutely terrible and a total waste of time and money Do not waste your time. Their processes are designed to charge you before you even know the price or what you're paying for. Massively overrated and misleading at best, deceitful at worst. Customer services is TERRIBLE and their system is designed to fleece you with unexpected charges, hidden auto renewals etc. I will NEVER use them again and avoid them at all costs

AUVery poor business ethics and misleading deals A year ago, I bought a downloadable PDF from SamCart which did cost me $19. Little did I know that by doing so I signed up for an automatically yearly renewable membership subscription. Last month I got charged with $220 for a membership renewal - totally by surprise. I did not know I was a SamCart member nor did I received an email notification or anything telling me about a subscription renewal being due or that I would be charged $220 soon. Within a few hours after receiving the PayPal notification, I contacted SamCart’s support team explaining the mistake but without luck. Refund was denied. Given this experience, I would say SamCart is having terrible business ethics and highly misleading deal agreements. PayPal rejected the dispute telling me that I was in a binding billing agreement. The membership is of zero value to me but regardless my money was taken without warning.

NZEasy, fun & effective SamCart provide fantastic service - whenever I'm confused or stuck, they're quickly there to help me out. The processes for product creation, building courses, adding order bumps and upsells is all so intuitive. And when I'm not sure, there are many quick help pages I can turn to for extra support before I need to call in the pros. Highly recommend.
