Absolutely terrible and a total waste of time and money Do not waste your time. Their processes are designed to charge you before you even know the price or what you're paying for. Massively overrated and misleading at best, deceitful at worst. Customer services is TERRIBLE and their system is designed to fleece you with unexpected charges, hidden auto renewals etc. I will NEVER use them again and avoid them at all costs

Using it for 7+ years and still going strong I've used Samcart for seven or eight years now and I'd been continually pleased with the software and the service. They're always adding new features to make it easier to sell our offerings and their customer service is fast and efficient. I coach other business owners, too, and always recommend Samcart.

Fraudulent company Fraudulent company. Do not lose your money purchasing this scam. I contacted the States Attorney's office in my state to request a refund. They agreed to refund my money but only if I reversed the chargeback through my credit card company. Steer clear of this nightmare as its a wonder why they haven't had a class action lawsuit brought against them yet.

This is in all ways a scam This is in all ways a scam. I purchased a once-off 12 USD item from them which was marketed as a once-off item. One year later, after forgetting about the one hour video I watched, I found a charge of 144 USD. I blocked my card and had it listed as fraud but they came back saying I authorized the transaction, showing the bank PIP, which indeed did not ask an active authorization. STAY AWAY AS FAR AS YOU CAN!!!
