Selling Made Easy I've used SamCart as my e-commerce shopping cart for over 8 years. I wanted an easy way to collect card payments, do invoicing, and sell my digital courses, coaching, and live events without learning all the tech. Over the years I've grown into many of the features that SamCart offers like, upsells, an affiliate center, and course creation that all come with SamCart Scale. With the "checkout anywhere" feature, I can now collect payment on my website, social media, and even in person! Everything flows with ease and my business is thriving because of SamCart! Plus SamCart integrated beautifully with my app, making it easy to have a membership app and training community. SamCarts customer service is amazing. They are friendly and help with customer support and tech issues.

SamCart has perfected the checkout process I had no clue that my checkout experience was THE #1 factor that took my online course beyond the $100K mark. And SamCart got me there. SamCart has perfected the checkout process. I tell all of my online business friends to install this checkout system onto their websites. And watch the magic happen.

Some great features and some areas for improvement I really like samcart and how seamlessly I can integrate it to my CRM particularly. Some things that would be great to improve:m - Clarna etc - I was so excited to see this roll out,. however, upon implementing it in my business I soon discovered it is only available in the country that you are based in (the UK in my case). This doesn't really help me as I have an international customer base. It would be amazing to have this roll out internationally - The interface for searching by product and/or taking a look at someones subscription seems unnecessarily complicated. You have to click through several screens to get to where you want to be

A scamming website that charges your… A scamming website that charges your credit card without notice. I purchased a digital product for USD 14.40 but was charged more with hidden fees even said those extra packages are for free. Later on next year without my knowledge charged fees again without notifying me of auto renewal. Do not enter your card number into their system or they will simply charge you and don't bother signing up for their courses.

I did not consent to an annual subscription In 2023, I signed up for a one-time 5-day Creator U "challenge" — it was $49 for access to a series of online courses on how to use AI to create online courses. I didn't much like the courses because they seemed to be a hyped-up advertisement for SamCart. So, I quit using the platform after logging in a few times. A year later, I was charged $144 for an annual subscription to SamCart, which I had no knowledge of signing up for. From what I've read, this has happened to a lot of other people too. Nothing on the Creator U sales page says there will be a recurring charge. The checkout page doesn't mention a recurring subscription. And, the Terms & Conditions cited on the checkout page are just general terms for SamCart products — on this page, recurring subscriptions are mentioned, but just as a general statement. This led me to believe When I reached out to request a refund and account cancellation, Koko from SamCart support offered a partial refund and to "set my account for cancellation" next year. Koko later offered a full refund, but only if I agreed to cancel the PayPal dispute. PayPal advises that you never cancel a dispute until it is resolved, plus I didn't feel right about letting SamCart off the hook and giving them a chance to do this to other people.
