GBA+ product with service combined I have been using Lead Mailbox for a little over a month now and can hands down say it's one of the friendliest and user friendly lead organizing programs out there. David Wilson is extremely fast at getting back to me on any of my requests and is always there when I have a question or need something done. Fantastic Job from him and their whole team at LeadMailbox.

GBThrough-out my 15+ years in the… Through-out my 15+ years in the mortgage industry i am surprised i never tried LMB. I have used almost all CRM's out there from Bntouch, salesforce, Jungo, etc. and with 100% certainty LMB is the easiest and can integrate flawlessly with LOS, and even our proprietary marketing system. It is simple and does not complicate lead management flow and nurture. Other best part the customer service is on point especially with Dave.

GBI have been using CRM's for almost 15… I have been using CRM's for almost 15 years and I have to say Leadmailbox is best company in the space period!! Spencer Shiffman is always on call ready to help whenever needed and Bob Price who is the equivalent of "YODA the JEDI Master" of the CRM world providing weekly training classes and tips and tricks on an already amazing system . These guys can't be beat!!!

GBAvoid! Do NOT Buy. Dysfunctional. Bad Features. No Utility. There are no good features about this product. Things this product cannot do: Search for names, Search for numbers, Organize by first name, Organize by last name, Filter and sort simultaneously, Create Custom Lists, Easily Reassign Leads, Read the TINY, THIN, GREY fonts Click to Dial Adjust Column Order Adjust Text Box Sizes Scroll Left or Right Lock Column Headers Lock Row Headers The list literally goes on.... it quite literally doesn't do anything cool or good or helpful. It's total trash. I'm not exaggerating. On everything. I've been forced to use this CRM for way too long now. My eyes are messed up and I'm losing hair and money bc of these clowns. Trust me, there are way better CRM's. This company will go under soon and then you'll be S.O.L. because the servers will shut down. Don't do this to yourself. Hit me up if you want to discuss and I'll give more details. The People that work their are rude and aggressive and super defensive and they think their program is functional. It's not. At all. Try another. You won't regret it.
