Amazing Product and Impeccable Customer Service Rick and Natalie were such a pleasure to work with! Between the two of them, I was able to quickly see a digital mock-up of the product I wanted with our brand name, and we had clear communication with each other from start to finish regarding expectations for quality and shipping/delivery. I didn't need the product in any sort of hurry, so it took about 6 weeks to arrive, but they do have the option to ship sooner if one desires. I HIGHLY recommend the Palermo thermoses! I requested a sample to make sure it was something I would be proud to give to new residents as a move-in gift and I'd be hard pressed to say I'm the least bit disappointed. Repeat Order This is my second order of Contigo Addison water bottles. This order was handled promptly and received in the requested timeframe. The screen print design has remained as new despite daily use by our employees. No complaints!
