The best customer service reps What do I love about using Emma? The commitment to offering an easy to use email service with customer service people that are always available when I have a question or concern. They not only help solve the problem but spend the time to explain it to me. (I like to understand a problem/solution and don't like when people through techy answers to me that I can't understand.). I keep Emma's number stored in my phone and I always know that the call will be answered promptly by a happy knowledgeable rep. There's a lot of email services out there that can do what Emma does, I am sure, but I don't believe any of them will have the customer service reps that make the difference!

Beware of auto renewal! Beware of auto renewal with little notice. I work for a non profit and we had a 1-year contract with Emma. We were sent an email on Dec 18 notifying us that the contract would renew for one year on Jan 31st. What we didn't notice at that time was at the very bottom of the email it stated that if we didn't want to renew, we had to inform them in writing by Jan 1st - which is less than 2 weeks notice over the busy holidays! When we tried to cancel in January - before the 31st - we were told it is impossible as the contract already renewed since we didn't give 30 days notice in writing. So we have another mandatory year with no option to cancel. They do not allow users to go month-to-month, only annually. This doesn't even seem legal! I would avoid this company. Also the editor is quirky and inflexible and not as nice to work with as others.

I was much more than satisfied I was much more than satisfied, Adrian was easy to work with, he sensed my level of competence quickly, and we worked at my pace not his. I never sensed any level of impatience or rush (despite the fact that I knew this was one of many times he was needing to help people with the DKIM process. He even cut a short video for me to complete the final step, which was super simple and easy to use. And all the time he was working with me, he survived my chit chat without complaint.. A really good guy.. take care of him (please ensure he and his manager gets this weedback, thanks)

Fabulous customer service experience Fabulous customer service experience when we were facing a confusing login issue. The support person I talked to on the phone was so warm, kind and helpful. It was a breath of fresh air compared to other customer service calls I've made with companies in the past. I was pleasantly surprised, too, because the automated message when I first called in said they had heavy call volume due to this same problem. But my call was answered on the 3rd ring and resolved in less than 5 minutes.

I bought took the first 2 capsules and… I bought took the first 2 capsules and started to have a little headache but only lasted for a few minutes.I started to ask questions if this is contraindicated with people with GERD and and asking me for 5 dollars to get an answer.You should have all of this facts already instead of transferring me to a doctor.maybe a list of conditions that this products is not intended for
