The drag and drop interface is very well designed and intuitively easy to use, with every feature you might want. GBFabulous customer service experience Fabulous customer service experience when we were facing a confusing login issue. The support person I talked to on the phone was so warm, kind and helpful. It was a breath of fresh air compared to other customer service calls I've made with companies in the past. I was pleasantly surprised, too, because the automated message when I first called in said they had heavy call volume due to this same problem. But my call was answered on the 3rd ring and resolved in less than 5 minutes.
