Logan resolved things with one call… Logan made it a point to address our concerns immediately, seek help efficiently, and lead us through the changes necessary to get us back up and running. He also ran tests so that we wouldn't find anything unexpected when our call had finished, and he was polite, informative, and courteous throughout the entire process. He wanted to make sure that our phone call with him was the only one we'd need to make, and he was intent on getting things resolved. It was just what we needed.
