My experience with eleras group… My experience with Eleras group has been great, for the most part. Had an issue with my warranty contract and wasn’t aware of certain terms and conditions. I was able to get in contact with Tory K. and the manager Graig S.!! They both were able to resolve my issue and corrected the problem. They showed exceptional customer service and remained extremely professional.

This is a scam 100% This is a scam. Please do not fall for it like I did. I received several letters in the mail about extending my car warranty so I decided to call and I fell for the trick. After further research and my bank flagging the payment, I came to that realization. Also, the rep, “Nick Fost”, called me about why the payment didn’t go through and said “Hi, this is Nick from Forever Home!” When I asked him if this was Eleras Automotive Group or Forever Home, he said “Eleras Automotive Group, my bad”, can you say fraudulent??? Don’t be fooled y’all! And s/o to my bank for flagging for it!
