GBMy experience with eleras group… My experience with Eleras group has been great, for the most part. Had an issue with my warranty contract and wasn’t aware of certain terms and conditions. I was able to get in contact with Tory K. and the manager Graig S.!! They both were able to resolve my issue and corrected the problem. They showed exceptional customer service and remained extremely professional.

GBExtended car warranty Jessica showed me that after the next 2 payments my coverage would continue for the next 3 yrs payment free, and she was able to make it such that I didn’t have to pay the next 2 payments. Therefore, I would be free of payments from today onward till my policy ends in 3 years. She was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. She also compared my policy to that of another company. So I am staying with Eleras. Thank you, Jessica!

GBTotal scam company Did you receive an official looking piece of mail asking "IMMEDIATE RESPONSE REQUESTED" It is a scam. Total garbage. The present themselves as if they are related to your Dealership, but hey are not. This is a dishonest and disreputable insurance company trying to take you money from you for an extended warranty. If you get the mail, and you call them, ask them their company name before anything else. If it is Eleras Automotive, ask them to remove your name from their list. Tell them you will contact a lawyer. Hang up and never call again.

GBKatie is one of those that are rare in… Katie is one of those that are rare in customer service. She a joy to talk too. She did a wonderful job of explaining my policy to me. She is top notch in my book. And me being a veteran would have given her a challenge coin, in military themes means she did an outstanding job. Thank you your support of veterans

GBWow! Wow! I just got a call from Tory in customer service who said she flagged a policy that my sister-in-law who has dementia tried to sign up for a car policy AGAIN. I canceled my sister-in-law's original policy she signed up for February 1, 2024 explaining her condition and that she didn't need a car policy and apparently she found some paperwork and called the company several times today trying to sign back up. Many thanks to Tory for reading my sister-in-law's profile and not letting her sign up. Never had such a great experience where a customer service rep CALLED ME to alert me to a problem. Wonderful experience.
