GBThis is a scam 100% This is a scam. Please do not fall for it like I did. I received several letters in the mail about extending my car warranty so I decided to call and I fell for the trick. After further research and my bank flagging the payment, I came to that realization. Also, the rep, “Nick Fost”, called me about why the payment didn’t go through and said “Hi, this is Nick from Forever Home!” When I asked him if this was Eleras Automotive Group or Forever Home, he said “Eleras Automotive Group, my bad”, can you say fraudulent??? Don’t be fooled y’all! And s/o to my bank for flagging for it!

GBI wasn't seeing my monthly payment… I wasn't seeing my monthly payment withdrawal on my bank statements. I was concerned something was wrong. A quick call to Alexandra confirmed the payment drafts were happening and my account was current. She was pleasant and quickly resolved my concern.
