Katie is one of those that are rare in… Katie is one of those that are rare in customer service. She a joy to talk too. She did a wonderful job of explaining my policy to me. She is top notch in my book. And me being a veteran would have given her a challenge coin, in military themes means she did an outstanding job. Thank you your support of veterans

My experience with eleras group… My experience with Eleras group has been great, for the most part. Had an issue with my warranty contract and wasn’t aware of certain terms and conditions. I was able to get in contact with Tory K. and the manager Graig S.!! They both were able to resolve my issue and corrected the problem. They showed exceptional customer service and remained extremely professional.

Extended car warranty Jessica showed me that after the next 2 payments my coverage would continue for the next 3 yrs payment free, and she was able to make it such that I didn’t have to pay the next 2 payments. Therefore, I would be free of payments from today onward till my policy ends in 3 years. She was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. She also compared my policy to that of another company. So I am staying with Eleras. Thank you, Jessica!
