He was understanding and helpful at the same time by understanding my concern. So much so he worked out a great deal and adjustment that I was extremely grateful for. USI wasn't seeing my monthly payment… I wasn't seeing my monthly payment withdrawal on my bank statements. I was concerned something was wrong. A quick call to Alexandra confirmed the payment drafts were happening and my account was current. She was pleasant and quickly resolved my concern.

USExtended car warranty Jessica showed me that after the next 2 payments my coverage would continue for the next 3 yrs payment free, and she was able to make it such that I didn’t have to pay the next 2 payments. Therefore, I would be free of payments from today onward till my policy ends in 3 years. She was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. She also compared my policy to that of another company. So I am staying with Eleras. Thank you, Jessica!
