GBThey are crooks They are crooks. I've sent MANY emails to them telling them all internet access is being directed through Hong Kong. All my websites through their SIM card is being directed to Hong Kong, so websites come up in the Chinese language. Using the SAME computer on my own network I DO NOT have this problem. I have complained to them and the ONLY answer I get is, "Your SIM card is activated". They REFUSE to do anything to fix this issue after sending MORE then 10 emails and WILL NOT give a refund.

GBAlmost two years and no issues… I have been using an EIOTCLUB SIM for almost two years in a Reolink camera. Every time I had any questions or issues, they have been responsive to my communications within 24 hours.

GBExcellent AIM Cards I am using EIOTCLUB sim cards for my 4G trail cameras in a remote property with no WIFI service. Excellent cards, they work despite spotty wireless service in this location and more reasonable rates than my camera provider offered.

GBThe customer service I received was SUPERB The customer service I received was superb. They were patient, they walked me through all the steps to get my sim up and running. Since I purchased the sim I chatted with about four different reps and they were all great. Emily made what I thought initially was going to be difficult in getting my sim to work, a walk in the park.

GBEasiest SIM card I’ve dealt with and… Easiest SIM card I’ve dealt with and has worked in all my devices I’ve tried it in. I’m currently using 5 across 3 different brands of cameras.
