Highly recommend … Apart from the fact that the products are absolutely amazing their customer service is none the less! They were so quick to answer my queries and solve my problem in the best possible way. I cannot recommend enough their products. You will not regret it!

Amazing customer service & quality products I never leave reviews but experienced great above-and-beyond customer service and felt like I needed to shout about it! I’ve been a fan of Kitsch for sometime. I use the heatless curler EVERYDAY, pillowcase, dermaplaners, hair products. You name it I’ve tried it. I tend to buy everything from stockists etc so I had no idea they were US based. Long story short I made an order on their website and didn't realise until a few days later that the shipment was coming from the States and wouldn’t be here before I left for my holiday (in the US haha). I contacted them and (shout-out to Jessica) they replied in exactly 1 minute and chased fulfilment to see if they could still cancel it so I could purchase it from their Amazon store instead to get UK next day shipping. They sorted it within half an hour! Amazing service thank you! I’ll be sure to leave more time when I place my next online order 😄

Top Notch Customer Service and fab product! Just received my first order from Kitsch and have to say their customer service is absolutely top notch. From Lesley who texted me asking if she could help me complete my order to emails keeping me informed of tracking my purchase. Such an efficient, smooth process from ordering to receiving within a week from US to Canada.
