SECustomer service won't help. Just delete comments Tried to reach out to their Facebook, to inform them of a problem with their pricing suddenly changing from basket to checkout. Their response was to delete my comment from the post. Really bad style. They aren't interested in providing any customer service, they just want you to be silenced. Check your final price before paying.

MTHighly recommend … Apart from the fact that the products are absolutely amazing their customer service is none the less! They were so quick to answer my queries and solve my problem in the best possible way. I cannot recommend enough their products. You will not regret it!

GBCustomer service on par with their amazing products I 100% agree with other comments about the products, they are absolutely fantastic. Aside from their products, their customer service is just as good.. efficient and swift. I had an issue where i was ‘charged’ for a product i didnt actually buy. Whilst in contact with customer service i realised i had set up a monthly subscription from my previous order in error. Not only did Kitsch get back to me very quickly, but they resolved the problem, cancelled the order and refunded me and got my bank details taken off their system - super fast. This is not to say i dont like their products so canceled, i simply didnt need that particular monthly subscription and they were great at resolving. They were friendly, patient and goal focused. An amazing woman-only team achieving wonders! I would 100% recommend the products and the company ethos as a whole. Thank you kitsch! Keep doing what you’re doing!

GBHaving problems logging into my account… Having problems logging into my account the customer service is brilliant and nothing a bother. Iv purchased a few different things from kitsch and can't praise them enough. Products are excellent and postage (to the UK) is quick and arrives in about a week.

GBGreat service Recently I received an accidental incorrect order from Kitsch. A subscription for a product was somehow started in error. The product was delivered and I was charged for it. When I emailed them to ask for a refund, I fully expected to get pushback or not to get a response from them (because sadly this is how a lot of companies would handle it nowadays). But they were nothing like that. Kitsch provides AMAZING service. They responded immediately and provided a refund right away. Their service was exceptional. I felt like i was emailing a real person for once who actually cared. Normally I don’t do surveys but they deserve to get five stars. Thanks, Kitsch!
