Brilliant customer service Honestly, amazing customer service. Delayed order due to the Dubai floods but very prompt replies via email to any queries and an immediate offer of a refund. My order arrived today and I can’t wait to try it - looks fab.

Great service Recently I received an accidental incorrect order from Kitsch. A subscription for a product was somehow started in error. The product was delivered and I was charged for it. When I emailed them to ask for a refund, I fully expected to get pushback or not to get a response from them (because sadly this is how a lot of companies would handle it nowadays). But they were nothing like that. Kitsch provides AMAZING service. They responded immediately and provided a refund right away. Their service was exceptional. I felt like i was emailing a real person for once who actually cared. Normally I don’t do surveys but they deserve to get five stars. Thanks, Kitsch!

Having problems logging into my account… Having problems logging into my account the customer service is brilliant and nothing a bother. Iv purchased a few different things from kitsch and can't praise them enough. Products are excellent and postage (to the UK) is quick and arrives in about a week.

Five star treatment 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 Five star treatment 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟. I received my kitsch shampoo & conditioner bars today. I absolutely love them . Very mild scent . It's very different using a shampoo bar compared to the usual liquid shampoo. The bar does lather up but not as much as a liquid shampoo. It still works wonderfully. I can honestly say with the conditioner bar , I have never ever been able to run my fingers through my hair from top to bottom so freely, no knots or tangles . They just glide through like butter , so soft. I will be ordering more in the future. Because they came from the USA , it took a little time to travel to Ireland, but that's to be expected . No customs charges , and the tracking and customer service was amazing 👏. Thankyou kitsch, and I wish you every success with your amazing business. 🌟
