Highly recommend … Apart from the fact that the products are absolutely amazing their customer service is none the less! They were so quick to answer my queries and solve my problem in the best possible way. I cannot recommend enough their products. You will not regret it!

Lack of transparency concerning returns Purchased a couple of items and had multiple problems with delivery - was basically told problem is with courier and kitsch can do nothing. My order did eventually arrive but the dry shampoo product did not suit me and made my scalp irritated and unlike other dry shampoo products left my hair looking flat and lifeless. So I requested to return as per their policy of 90 day return. However this is apparently at customers expense which would involve courier costs higher than the cost of the item and 6,000 air miles (for an item that has no value) and is therefore massively detrimental to the environment. As an alternative I have been offered a 30% refund but I fail to see why I have to pay 70% for an item that for me is not fit for purpose. I think there is some lack of transparency for the returns/refunds policy which should be made clearer. Also I am not sure the relevance of the statement “small woman-owned business” Is this just a gimmick ? With a turnover of over $100m this is clearly not a small business.

I fell for the instagram videos and ordered I then saw all the bad reviews I told the company and they said I need to return to USA with traceable postage so it’s more than the product cost for me I reminded them of the cost of this and they said not to worry then my can then send me some more. What’s the point of returning something not fit for purpose costing me a fortune to be sent the same thing again? Where’s the distance selling regulations and consumer rights gone?

Great service Recently I received an accidental incorrect order from Kitsch. A subscription for a product was somehow started in error. The product was delivered and I was charged for it. When I emailed them to ask for a refund, I fully expected to get pushback or not to get a response from them (because sadly this is how a lot of companies would handle it nowadays). But they were nothing like that. Kitsch provides AMAZING service. They responded immediately and provided a refund right away. Their service was exceptional. I felt like i was emailing a real person for once who actually cared. Normally I don’t do surveys but they deserve to get five stars. Thanks, Kitsch!
