Five star treatment 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 Five star treatment 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟. I received my kitsch shampoo & conditioner bars today. I absolutely love them . Very mild scent . It's very different using a shampoo bar compared to the usual liquid shampoo. The bar does lather up but not as much as a liquid shampoo. It still works wonderfully. I can honestly say with the conditioner bar , I have never ever been able to run my fingers through my hair from top to bottom so freely, no knots or tangles . They just glide through like butter , so soft. I will be ordering more in the future. Because they came from the USA , it took a little time to travel to Ireland, but that's to be expected . No customs charges , and the tracking and customer service was amazing 👏. Thankyou kitsch, and I wish you every success with your amazing business. 🌟

Customer service was excellent Customer service was excellent! I’m in Hungary and the post cardinally messed up my delivery, I kept getting messages two times a day for two weeks about my order being delivered at impossible times and no one ever came to my door. I was sure one of the post employees just pocketed my shampoo and happily using it claiming my address was incorrect. It wasn’t and I have never had any issues with delivery. I messaged Kitsch and they immediately replied, they could track down my order and helped me pick it up at a post office. There were a lot of messaging and I always felt heard and they were super helpful, even tho my order was small. I’m yet to try the newly ordered products but I’m sure they are great, I already have their pillow cases and sleeping bonnet and I love them.

Amazing customer service & quality products I never leave reviews but experienced great above-and-beyond customer service and felt like I needed to shout about it! I’ve been a fan of Kitsch for sometime. I use the heatless curler EVERYDAY, pillowcase, dermaplaners, hair products. You name it I’ve tried it. I tend to buy everything from stockists etc so I had no idea they were US based. Long story short I made an order on their website and didn't realise until a few days later that the shipment was coming from the States and wouldn’t be here before I left for my holiday (in the US haha). I contacted them and (shout-out to Jessica) they replied in exactly 1 minute and chased fulfilment to see if they could still cancel it so I could purchase it from their Amazon store instead to get UK next day shipping. They sorted it within half an hour! Amazing service thank you! I’ll be sure to leave more time when I place my next online order 😄

Amazing brand The costumer service and customer care is really there when you need it. The products are the real star. I love how my hair get after use the products and the best part is that I know that the ingredients are natural and the good staff for my hair.
