Missed shampoo I had ordered 2 shampoos and got free samples like always. I only received 1 and got a recharge instead of the shampoo form that line. I’ve ordered quite a few times before this happened. I’ve tried email and WhatsApp customer service nothing is getting through. Not sure what happened but definitely check before receiving a package.

I really like the 30% off events I really like the 30% off events, and that is usually when I stock up. It has been over a year since I began using these products, I usually rock a wash n go, so I don't press my hair often, I prefer the Keratin line in particular the liquid treatment; well my co-workers constantly telling me how long my hair has gotten.
