I really love novex products I really love novex products, specifically the Rena treatment, I been using it for the past 10 years. But this time I had to pay 50$ due to costoms, plus the shipping 20$ plus my actually order it starts to being expensive :(

Missed shampoo I had ordered 2 shampoos and got free samples like always. I only received 1 and got a recharge instead of the shampoo form that line. I’ve ordered quite a few times before this happened. I’ve tried email and WhatsApp customer service nothing is getting through. Not sure what happened but definitely check before receiving a package.

It has been over a year since I began using these products, I usually rock a wash n go, so I don't press my hair often, I prefer the Keratin line in particular the liquid treatment; well my co-workers constantly telling me how long my hair has gotten. Nothing else comes close. I live in a high heat and high humidity area. My hair is a diabolical combination of fine texture and 2c curls. These products are the only reason I can leave the house.
