Missed shampoo I had ordered 2 shampoos and got free samples like always. I only received 1 and got a recharge instead of the shampoo form that line. I’ve ordered quite a few times before this happened. I’ve tried email and WhatsApp customer service nothing is getting through. Not sure what happened but definitely check before receiving a package.

Going back to your best me! This product is not as good as your My Curls Hollywood for me. I have super curly hair, but the Super Curls did not take care of the frizz. I would like to return I it and get the My Curls Movie Star leave-in again. I thought I would just try something different, but I’m staying with your Hollywood products. They are awesome.

Amazing!! Todo me llegó Perfecto, los productos bien empacados, ningún producto estaba abierto o derramándose, se demoro un poco más pero es por el estado en donde vivo que es lejos. He usado novex desde mi país y ahora aquí en USA. Los probare de nuevo Gracias Everything arrived Perfect, the products were well packaged, none of the products were open or spilling, it took a little longer but it is because of the state where I live that it is far away. I have used Novex from my country and now here in the USA. I will try them again Thank you

I really love novex products I really love novex products, specifically the Rena treatment, I been using it for the past 10 years. But this time I had to pay 50$ due to costoms, plus the shipping 20$ plus my actually order it starts to being expensive :(
