Going back to your best me! This product is not as good as your My Curls Hollywood for me. I have super curly hair, but the Super Curls did not take care of the frizz. I would like to return I it and get the My Curls Movie Star leave-in again. I thought I would just try something different, but I’m staying with your Hollywood products. They are awesome.

Missing items in my package I never receieved 2 bottles in my package. I emailed 2 times then called. They said they would get back to me. They email me back saying they would ship it to me. That was over 2 weeks ago, no tracking number, no response, no bottles. Horrible service

I love novex hair care products I love novex hair care products but in my last purchase I received an unsealed coconut mask and it was open and all the product was scattered in the packaging bag. I sent an email explaining with photos of how the product arrived but I have not received a answer.

He usado novex desde mi país y ahora aquí en USA.
