He usado novex desde mi país y ahora aquí en USA. Los probare de nuevo Gracias Everything arrived Perfect, the products were well packaged, none of the products were open or spilling, it took a little longer but it is because of the state where I live that it is far away. I love novex hair care products I love novex hair care products but in my last purchase I received an unsealed coconut mask and it was open and all the product was scattered in the packaging bag. I sent an email explaining with photos of how the product arrived but I have not received a answer.

Going back to your best me! This product is not as good as your My Curls Hollywood for me. I have super curly hair, but the Super Curls did not take care of the frizz. I would like to return I it and get the My Curls Movie Star leave-in again. I thought I would just try something different, but I’m staying with your Hollywood products. They are awesome.

I started to use the capillary schedule…LOVE! I started to use the capillary schedule for over 6 months now and my hair has gotten stronger, thicker and longer. I’m quite impressed with these products because the results I’m getting surpasses all these name brands that I’ve used prior to trying these out. Thank you for making something so incredible!

Missing items in my package I never receieved 2 bottles in my package. I emailed 2 times then called. They said they would get back to me. They email me back saying they would ship it to me. That was over 2 weeks ago, no tracking number, no response, no bottles. Horrible service
