I really like the 30% off events I really like the 30% off events, and that is usually when I stock up. It has been over a year since I began using these products, I usually rock a wash n go, so I don't press my hair often, I prefer the Keratin line in particular the liquid treatment; well my co-workers constantly telling me how long my hair has gotten. Missing items in my package I never receieved 2 bottles in my package. I emailed 2 times then called. They said they would get back to me. They email me back saying they would ship it to me. That was over 2 weeks ago, no tracking number, no response, no bottles. Horrible service
